This Petco store is the BEST. It's in a convenient location with easy access, but the best part is all of the team members that I have the pleasure interacting with during each visit. I love their curbside service and even though you may think that's the least customer facing interaction a store could have, Jefe and the rest of the team still find a way to make me feel like a valued customer. I was very upset when Petco corporate changed the vital care rewards program but the ONLY reason I renewed my membership was because of the amazing folks at the La Habra store. I honestly can't say enough good things about this team. They even treat my daughter with the same kindness and respect when she makes the pickups for me. Haven't been to a PetCo for ages. Did a quick stop needed cat food. The store was spotless and no empty shelves. Stopped by grooming for quote bathe/brush nail trim 122 lb Great Dane....very expensive! And no senior discount. Brandon who checked me out was fantastic . Myself, most likely won't shop there regularly as was super expensive and almost no treats available for giant breeds.

I called the store seven times trying to get a grooming appointment. I was told that grooming was too busy to speak with me. Got hung up on twice. Terrible customer service. Spoke with the manager and he didn't really seem to care about that type of problem. After explaining the issues to him he said, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Basically, he just blew me off. Who trains these people and how does Petco senior management let these people interface with the public?

Petco is where my daughter and I go for all her cat's needs! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good, but if your are in their rewards program, the savings are excellent!

Third time i have ordered a product they have “in stock” for pickup, only to get the confirmation email and get there, and (of course) it is the wrong item. Have also tried to shop in-store for things “in stock” at their location online, only for staff to tell me that’s not something they carry. Staff is usually nice, hence the 2 stars. Otherwise pointless trips to this petco. Better to purchase online or from another pet store.
