First time in. So many workers interacted with me. Store was clean and busy. Sara helped me with everything I needed and more. Chazlyn was so friendly at the register. I also was offered help from Lily. What a great atmosphere and team at Laveen Petco. Highly recommend and will now be our go to Pet Store!

The people here are "nice" but if you're coming for a deal I'd go to another location. They really try not to give you discounts here, very picky about matching the product. I recommend the Tempe or Phoenix location. They are super nice and helpful

As yall know they closed alot of these. I live in cashion so I really don't have one over here. I haven't ate long John's silver in ages but let me tell you. They were very friendly and helped with a great combo with chicken and fish with chips... Yall the first bite was hot and juicy and mmmmmm .. I can say they tasted the same as what I loved them for back in the day... oh my goodness I got the combo to share .. this was not share size for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I messed this up like I hadn't ate for days... booooomb... the guy at the speaker and window his attitude was great. Recommendation was on point, thank you so much for this experience. it was amazing for me. I didn't even think about taking a picture I was too excited and too busy messing this up no lie.

Made an appointment with them for my dogs vaccinations, they rescheduled and then canceled my appointments without even asking. Employees are always mean or in a bad mood, specially the tennage girl. Manager enjoys bbc at night

I recently visited Petco and was shocked at the state of the store. Both inside and out, it was filthy and clearly not well-maintained. The staff were incredibly rude, and the manager was no better. I went in to purchase a red-tailed shark fish and was accused of buying it to treat my cichlid fish—an absolutely uncalled-for and offensive assumption. For the record, I already have a red-tailed shark thriving in my well-maintained tank. I even showed her my google AI result about red tailed and cichlid can live together fact but she said I will not go by google fact I will listen to my leader. When I asked about getting a sucker fish, the employee rudely asked if I had a 200-gallon tank, implying I wasn’t capable of caring for it properly. This kind of judgmental attitude, paired with the store’s terrible cleanliness, made for a horrible experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
