Petco

The staff are super sweet and very helpful every time I shop there. They're prices aren't bad either. Also the staff always seem to have a treat ready for my miniature schnoodle, Rootbeer.

There were at least 8 employees in the store and no customers, yet we were never asked if we needed help. We were told over the phone by a manager that if we brought our prescription from our vet, we’d be able to buy my diabetic dog’s Rx food. We called to check because this store is a 25 minute drive from our house but it’s the closest one that carries Rx food. When we got to the store, the store manager told us we can’t buy our food unless we get a second prescription from THEIR vet, which was closed. Why didn’t the manager on the phone tell us that? Their vet was closed so now I have to stress about how to feed my dog, even though I called ahead to make sure. We are switching to Chewie, every time we try shopping at Petco it’s a bad experience. I’m glad they’re going out of business

On occasion I stop at this pet store as we are “regulars” elsewhere however I was sooo pleased for the outstanding customer service by a young man. Although they didn’t have the product I was hoping for, there was more than enough to choose from Thank you!

Great store has everything you need staff are friendly and have a great smile on their face as you walk through the door

We love walking g around d and letting our fat baby sniff and possibly meet new friends!! Super controlled environment. Great nail service. The person we had was Sev and she was adorable sweet and quick. Was our 1st time going to a professional nail trimmer and were pleasantly comforted and eased into the service. One major issue I have here is the lack of proper pricing. Either hung on the wrong place or no tags to compare. Also had visited when the fish tanks needed to be heated? I know there's no threat from the Cords hanging out of the tanks, the troubling part was the powers trips and extension Cords that are not designed to be near water. The Cords hung about with no barrier or reinforcement. Maybe that's your standard and I'm wrong but made me want to leave immediately. Also, Clearance sections being by the cats and registers is obnoxious. It's a bother and traffic jam. Dogs can't be near the cats but hello, savings on toys my dog will destroy in less that 5 mins! And the register set up is messy with unplugged and empty fridges and chucked up floors. It's giving ma and pa local petshop not PETCO.
