I am deeply saddened that I have to write this review but here we go. I have taken my golden doodle, juju, to this location numerous times with no issues. He usually gets groomed by Gus or Gio and they have done a good job. Today, Lenny was the groomer (although the appointment was made with Gio) they switched it on me last minute. After 3 hours I get a phone call from Petco and I'm thinking my dog is ready for pickup. Nope. It's Lenny telling me that juju is deeply matted on his legs and he won't be able to brush him out so my options were picking him up "matted" or shaving him. I was shocked that this phone call is happening 3 hours later when he was supposed to be ready for pickup and also that no groomer has EVER called to tell me that juju was too matted. He actually just got groomed less than one month ago and was not matted at all. Jessica, "manager" gets on the phone (after 10 minute hold time!!!!) with an attitude. No apologies no solutions, just attitude. Telling me that I shouldn't bring juju to them anymore. Ummmm excuse me? They messed up and they are trying to tell me where I can go? To make matters worst, when I picked him up. Neither Jessica or Lenny came out to show me where the so called "Matts" were. In actuality, there are ZERO matts on my dog--seems like an inexperienced or lazy groomer just couldn't do their job. I will NOT be returning to this location for the pure disrespect and lack of professionalism. Word of advice--listen to the multiple 1 start reviews and take your pet somewhere else!!

I was initially anxious about bringing my precious 4-month-old pup, Ranger, to the groomers for the first time. However, from the moment I stepped in, the staff's warmth and reassurance immediately put me at ease. They not only listened to my concerns but also provided invaluable advice, especially regarding Ranger's fear of the dryer near his face. After his grooming session, I received a call from Gus, who couldn't have delivered better news - Ranger had done "amazingly" well. And when I finally laid eyes on him, it was like witnessing a runway debut; he looked absolutely stunning. Gus's exceptional grooming skills left me mesmerized, and I'm already counting down the days until Ranger's next appointment. Upon returning home, Ranger seemed transformed - happier, more playful, and surprisingly, even more comfortable with me brushing his face. I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism and talent. Their grooming service truly exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to every pet owner seeking top-notch care for their furry companions.

Customer service is not their priority. At least not the guy who we dealt with. He was very unprofessional, letting his facial expressions say everything his words couldn’t. We simply had questions about a water turtle, and everything we were asking was shut down by him showing his annoyance with us and not fully explaining why. We obviously didn’t know much about the turtles and this petco associate would not take the time to explain anything to us. If he legit didn’t know, he could have said that and I would have respected that response, but I could tell he knew more than be was explaining and he didn’t want to waste his breath. That is literally how he came off. Rude! I will never go back there again, especially if I’m relying on their knowledge to help me make a decision.

Great place for the self wash doggie bath! The towels are a bit small but you can always bring your own. The staff are super cool and gave me a refund when one of the stations wasn’t putting out enough shampoo. It’s $20 for a single use and I have a husky and groomers are charging a lot more for husky dogs. Definitely recommend!

Good selection of pet food and supplies to take care of your animal friends. Some items can be a little pricey but they have a good mix of cheaper alternatives if you're not looking to spend too much or just short on cash at the moment.
