Becca at Petco is an absolute gem! Our 5-month-old Cavapoo, Bosco, came home looking and smelling amazing after his grooming session. Becca’s patience and dedication are unmatched—she handled Bosco’s antics (including a little “oops” moment) with such grace and professionalism. We’re so grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. Bosco is already looking forward to his next visit (and promises to behave better next time!). I actually went in because I saw something advertised on sale. They had exactly what I wanted: perfect item at crazy price, tyvm. Then of course since they have the treats my cat loves, gotta stick up. The best litter. A couple of other things. They are amazing, from head to tail!

Took my dog to his grooming appointment. Highly disappointed in the service provided. We have been going here for 7 years. They informed me that my dog was biting them. He has never bitten anyone in the 7 years he has been getting haircuts there. They refused him service after keeping him there for 4 hours. I’m extremely disappointed because it’s definitely whoever was grooming him didn’t have any experience. He is very friendly and obviously someone made him mad or irritated him. The service here has drastically dropped in the last year or so and I would advise everyone to keep your dog away. I don’t make reviews often but I felt this one was needed. They didn’t even attempt to cut his hair. I expected more from this Petco as I was a loyal customer for over 7 years. I guess customer service is out the door now. Terrible is all I can say and I won’t be back ever.

Unfortunately this is the second time of driving from Cleburne to get Duck and Brown Rice Natural Balance dog food. Sighhhh the friendly cashier assured me the the first time the out of date mothy food would be removed from the shelves. Well as you can see in the photos Nov 2023 and January 2024 and the current date is September 23, 2024. Sorry guys this food is too expensive to buy my pups out of date stale, with moth webs on the creases of the package.
