Pet's Palace

I highly recommend Pets Palace! The new owner and staff team really have turned the place around with keeping the store clean and have healthy quality animals! I have recently purchased Dumbo rats and a rope fish, they are all doing great and healthy!

I recently visited the newly revamped Pet's Palace, and I couldn't be more impressed! The new owners have done a fantastic job cleaning and improving the store, making it a bright and welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, genuinely caring about the well-being of the animals. They take the time to educate customers on proper care, ensuring that each pet goes to a loving and well-prepared home. It's clear that this pet store is dedicated to both its animals and its customers, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch pet care and service.

My family and I visited this shop a while back (prior to new management) and, while we loved the selection, it did seem very suspicious and the place itself was horrendously filthy. When we visited recently, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization! Still the great selection of pets but they seem to be doing much better now. Great for the animals and great for those of us taking them home. Highly recommend Pet’s Palace!!

I used to refuse to do business here because of the overall lack of care and poor animal husbandry. I only (begrudgingly) bought live feeder mice because I had no other option since no one else had an in house rodent breeding program. My wife and I breed reptiles and amphibians and have always put animal ethics and proper husbandry above convenience and cheapest price. That said, when we found out Pet’s Palace had new ownership who were putting animal ethics and proper husbandry above everything else, we started frequenting the store more frequently. We’re now in at least once a week, if not more. In fact, they’re the only local pet store we wholesale our animals we breed to, because they’re the only store we trust to care for them with the same care and concern as we do ourselves. It’s like night and day from what the store was like just 6 months ago. The lights have all be replaced, fresh paint, it’s super clean and SMELLS CLEAN. It’s not cluttered and disorganized anymore. There’s always someone mopping if there’s ever a mess on the floor. They got rid of the cats and dogs, which was a huge relief for us. It’s an A+ pet store in our eyes now. We rarely go to any other pet store now, and only then if it’s because we couldn’t get there before they closed at 6pm Hands down the best reptile shop in the Metro.

Been coming here for years and the new ownership has got the place looking better than I’ve ever seen it. Much cleaner than before. Better selection of animals. Every time I come in they’ve done something new. Highly recommend pets palace.
