The grooming department is unreliable. We have three dogs. They canceled/rescheduled our grooming appointment 3 times in the span of two weeks. First time it was a reschedule for two of our dogs, due to only one specific groomer having experience with standard poodles. Second time we show up to our appointment for one of our dogs only to be told that the groomer called out. No one called us to notify us. The GM, who was new to the store , did not have good things to say about what he had gathered about the store, implying chaos. The third time we received a text message only the night (improvement from last week) late night notifying us of the cancellation. Our appointment was in the morning the next day. I called the store immediately before close to ask why and the associate that answer got smart with me as if I was bothering her. She said called customer service to complain because she can’t do anything about it. The groomer, same as before, is now out on injury. Ok things happen (in a week apparently) but why wait til almost close time to notify customers. And we were already frustrated that we haven’t been able to get our dogs groomed a week ago. This store has lost us as customers. We’re taking our dogs to another store.

Petsmart has much cheaper grooming prices for the same services. How about price matching? I just moved to the area and would like to use this store location, but the prices need to be more competitive. For example, my 100lb doberman costs $41.00 to be groomed at Petsmart. At Petco the price is $56.00. Also, only one bag left of Tiki Cat salmon dry cat food. Do better with stocking Petco and pricing.

We had Crow as our trainer for puppy class, and she couldn’t have done a better job. She has a great personality, worked great with our Wolfie and we are going to sign up for the next class. We like the store and the folks who work there too. Ron, Mary Ellen and Wolfie.

I wish I could give a -10 experience. My husband and I went into petco to find some additions to our established fresh water aquarium and the fact there were multiple DEAD fish in multi tanks attached to the filter is disgusting in petco. In this day and age if you can’t accommodate for the overload of fish coming into your store than don’t have them. It’s distrusting that your establishment allows this, and your employees see this ! Find something else to make you money because dead fish ain’t it.

Be careful. You might find your best friend at Petco! I've adopted two Green Cheek Conures and both are healthy and friendly. The staff at this location seem to really care for the animals they have there.
