Long time customer and loyal customer here. I generally have a good experience while shopping here on average 1-3 times per week. We have dogs, cats, fish, and Guinea pigs so we often have a need. I came in to pick up an online order (already paid for by my wife). I did not have my id on me and the manager (Beth or Jess cannot recall) became very rude and loud to me. I simply stated I did not have my ID but can provide any information verbally to confirm. I even acknowledged the other employees who see me throughout the week and they agreed I was a regular. She often shouted “I DONT CARE” and “OH WELL”. She eventually said go ahead and take it and bring an ID next time. Even then, her tone was unprofessional and at that point it was more about how she spoke to me than actually being able to pick up the order. I have reached out to customer relations in hopes to salvage the relationship. Knowing anyone can have a bad day, this was extreme. I hope she does not treat other customers and her employees the way she spoke to me today.

The only reason I am knocking stars is because I was pressured into getting a vitalcare membership. For 9.99 a month, it is really not worth it and it was a huge pain to cancel. You cannot cancel in store and you have to call customer service who gives you the runaround before actually canceling your service. They also did not let me know that this is an annual plan instead of a monthly membership and there was a penalty for canceling early.
