Needed a last minute bath and brush out for my poodle puppy who enjoys the dirt. I booked his appointment same day and Taylor did a lovely job leaving him clean and his coat was excellently blown and brushed out. I wasn’t able to do him at home so I was very happy with his service today. Thanks Taylor!

Have been bringing my fur babies to this Petco grooming for almost a year and they are always so nice. There was one day I scheduled at the wrong petco location and even tho they were booked they still fit me in. Stephany was super nice and helpful. We had an issue where I couldn't get them groomed because they didn't have their vaccines and she helped me with resources on to get them vaccined at a low cost and scheduled me for another day and gave a discount for inconvenience. The other groomers there are nice and professional. My babies were treated nice and they looked so cute and happy after. I can tell here they actually care for the animals and treat them well. I have heard horror stories from groomers and you never know how your babies will be treated. This petco grooming is amazing ! Grooming aside - the store is always clean and has everything in stock and the cashiers take time to chat with you and make sure everything you needed was taken care of. Amazing team!!!!!

Stephany in grooming is the absolute best! She does amazing work on both of my dogs and always makes them look their best. She always remembers how I like them to be groomed and goes above and beyond to accommodate the clients. I will always recommend her and her team to anyone needing grooming needs.

Thank you to the staff for helping me throughout the recovery process of my retired service animal (Oliver) after being in a situation that makes him super anxious and scared of some people as well forced him into retirement. 6 month update: Nicholas and his partner were amazing today getting his talons trimmed. They were also able to get his ears cleaned. Oliver was in flat out panic mode, frightened, and definitely having a panic attack. It was heartbreaking to watch and know that our vet (Dr. Tatum at Vetco) gave us medicine to help his panic attacks and his system burned through it. This store has a strong team that clearly loves their jobs and treats Oliver with so much kindness and love. Thank you so much for the hope and encouragement y'all have given my family. Taylor is such a sweetheart to the dogs she comes across and knows how to make each encounter a great experience for all around.
