We have used this location for baths and decided to take our fur baby in for his first haircut. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from booking, to check in, to pick up. Everything went smoothly and Claire really listened to what we wanted! I was so nervous at pick up but my heart melted all over again when they came through the door. I loved his cut it was exactly what I envisioned and she gave me the details of the entire process. The time and patience she gave our little guy is so commendable. 10 out of 10 ♥️

We LOVE this store. The people who work there are always so pleasant and helpful. Everyone seems to love our current dog. We were worried about taking our current dog to get groomed because another pet store actually shaved our previous golden retriever's beautiful feathers OFF instead of a trim as we asked. Lori Janes at this Natural Pawz store is an amazing groomer. Our dog loves her and he responds to her name when we tell him he's going to see Miss Lori. He knows what that means--it's SPA DAY! When he comes home he runs around the house and prances proudly like a pony to show everyone how gorgeous he looks. I highly recommend this store for all your pets' needs.
