Petco

This place is by far the worst ever! One of the employees hit my toddler in the face while opening an animal cage and didn’t even bother to apologize, then when I asked information about the pet I was interested in buying, the manager (with the lip piercing in the middle of her lip) came and asked “what is it that you want to know” with a bad facial expression, attitude and tone, when I asked her if she can bring it out the cage she said “yeah, I don’t do that. I don’t touch those things, I’ll hey someone else to do it” yet she never called anyone, nor gave me information about the animal at all. She just rudely walked away with a bad attitude. Aside from that, the place is a big mess, very understocked & people look like they hate working there, let alone dealing with customers. Terrible.

Store is always dirty, items tossed around on floor, insufficient cashiers-only 1 for long line, no employees greet customers. Poorly managed.

I recently acquired two fish first time only a tank saw they got very sick took them a sample of water tell me what to get 3 days in my fish are looking better thank you Petco

Petco is a friendly place to go with your pups but.....there are times where you happen to be walking in the aisles and there is poo as u can step on and slip there in the grooming there is a certain person I Huntington park her name is Cynthia she is AMMMAAZING she loves the furry pups and my pups seem to love her too she is so patient with them I wouldn't take them anywhere else but with her she makes my pups feel comfortable as well as me .

Worst Petco location I have visited, the current employees are the worst. They will ignore you and avoid helping. Once you’ve forced interaction with one of the employees they will be rude. They claim they are busy and cannot help at the moment. Today I made an online order for pickup to avoid dealing with employees and facilitate my visit. They couldn’t get to my order after a couple of hours. I had to come in, and they said they didn’t have time to put my order together. I then asked them to at least point to where the order items were located so I could get them myself. They claimed to be too busy to help. I then had to go through the double trouble of calling customer service, canceling my online order and shopping for the items, and getting checked out at the counter. I tend to be understanding for understaffed locations but these employees have no interested in helping petco’s customers.
