Kayla, from Bellevue location, was incredibly kind, patient, and filled with knowledge nuggets to help our son get his 55 gallon live tank filled with some beautiful and fun fish. Wow the racism is real one lady doing bedding said couldn’t get my crickets but helped the next white lady that came in Then one asked if needed help then said I can’t cause she on lunch while the other lady stood having conversation about some dog doing no work guess since I’m black and my money being paid don’t mean nothing just left 10 plus min standing there To only get refund and it was short . Will never go there or recommend going there ever.

Took my dog Duke (130lb German Shepherd) in for a scheduled appointment with I believe Serena, and it went absolutely perfect. I went to another grooming place prior, Bellevue Pampered Pet Spa, and they were absolutely terrible and ended up kicking me out because I asked them to trim my dog's hair (you can see my review). SO we chose Petco and they did everything we needed and it was absolutely perfect five stars would recommend.

Ray was a big help with certifying each of our pets. We’ve been at the store several times to purchase equipment. We’ve always enjoyed good service from each employee. So far we purchased support structures and systems for a snake, a mouse, and guinea pigs. we look forward to each visit to check out all of the unique animals and ask questions. We like the fish tanks and the ferrets the most. Most recently, we certified our pets to realize some good discounts on reoccurring purchases. This is a great idea.
