Highly recommend this store. I live out of town, came with my sister whom lives in town. I fell in love. The team that is managing the rescue center is absolutely amazing. They deserve so much. The animals are so lucky to have them. Can't wait to come back.

We've been coming here for about 5 years. Location is great, parking is always open as it's not so close to Costco members parking. Customer service has always been great!! We were lucky to have been recommended by a family member to see Lynette for our grooming needs!!! Lynette is amazing!! She always takes such great care of our baby Loki!! He knows the drill and thankfully doesn't give her grief. Hahahaha!! She is very patient and loving towards our babies!! We just introduced Shiloh to Lynette & so far, as always, Lynette is spectacular!! Side note, we have had almost all the grooming staff do Loki's teeth & nails. With that being said, if Lynette is not available, we always choose to go with Danny!! Danny was recommended from a high school friend & he's just as wonderful!! I'm horrible with names, but literally all the other groomers are great!!! You can't go wrong with any of the staff!!

Leaving a one star review because the front of the store is covered in urine. I don't want to step on that on my way in and out of the place. It's disgusting. Sierra Lakes Fontana location. I always shop at PETCO and I've never seen this at another store.

First time stopping by this petco location today because I was tipped off that a hard to find fish I’ve been looking for was available here. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Lizz, the department manager of aquatics. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I was blown away! I had to compliment her on how clean the aquariums are and the top health all of the fish were in, I’ve never seen a petco aquatics section look this good!!! On top of that the selection of different fish was amazing!! I will definitely be making the 30min drive just to visit this specific petco, I wish they all looked like this!!

Petco grooming seems to have shifted its focus to upselling unnecessary services and imposing excessive charges on loyal customers. I recently brought my dog in for a grooming session priced at $61 for a haircut and brushing. Despite this, they tried to add $12 for nail rounding and $10 for matting removal—even though matting is supposedly included in the haircut fee. When I raised concerns and asked to speak with a manager, she simply stated it was corporate policy. The employees reportedly receive a percentage from upselling, which explains the push for these extra services. On top of that, they charge an additional $5.99 for supplies. To add insult to injury, they suggested my dog might get itchy and scratch herself until she breaks her skin, further pressuring me to pay for these unnecessary add-ons. The service was equally disappointing. The check-in lady was rude and unfriendly, instructing me to wait off to the side until the groomer returned from lunch. After being a loyal customer for years, I’ve never experienced such poor pricing transparency or service. Just two months ago, there was no aggressive upselling, so I don't understand what has changed. I recommend finding a reputable groomer who values both your pet’s well-being and your loyalty.
