Mar 02, 2025 · Jigglebilly 1Horrible customer service from a short curly hair spanish woman 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼she told me i couldnt get a fish because my tank wasn’t ready while i made it clear i had the filteration ready in tank for 2 days running but yet you telling a 8 year old getting her hopes down she cant get a betta fish but thank god i ask a white man working there and he said yes i can theres no problem , but yet his last comments were concerning, BUT THAT LADY SHOULD BE FIRED O AND ALSO SHE TOLD ANOTHER FAMILY THE SAME AND THEY LEFT WITHOUT A FISH THE KIDS WERE SAD!!! Horrible lady especially on day of valentine! I THINK MY FILTRATION IS PERFECTLY FINE!

When we asked for help with the availability of some product this lady said she needs to go to the restroom and disappeared. We waited for a long time and then left the store with nothing. Also the store is dirty, we steeped on animals food in the entrance. The cashier wasn't helpful.
Apr 03, 2025 · B. D.I wanted to leave a good review for our dog trainer Dajeon Gilbert. My partner & our golden retriever’s daddy, passed away suddenly when she was about 16 months old. His mother & I were both overwhelmed by his death & having a fairly large, strong & not fully trained dog on our hands. And she was missing her daddy. His mother is on dialysis & I’m the sole caregiver for my own 98 year old mother. Some months went by & eventually I got it together enough to enroll her & me in this class. It was only 6 weeks, & those were even a bit interrupted by other events. To start our girl took to him right away. I was a little unsure of myself being able to handle her. She’s a good, smart dog motivated by treats. He knew what treats would work. And by the completion I had a different dog & I am much more comfortable & confident. It’s not perfect all the time & we had to work at it. But I feel she & I have bonded & we have the tools necessary. She has even been given compliments on her behavior from other dog owners. I wish I would’ve done this sooner. Thank You 😊 Dajeon from Harley & me.
