What can I say, that hasn’t already been said, about this lovely & esteemed establishment. First off, I took my pet here for a quick grooming and tight trim, very excited about getting my iguana trimmed and neat also a fresh hairdo, turned out amazing, never seen Chaz’s hair so well kept (Chaz is our iguana, our kiddo named him, silly I know, should have named him Rex, Arthur or Tito, but whatev’s). Thanks Chelsea for taking care of Chaz, he’s 100% so stoked for the 2025’s new hairdo, thanks! God bless you Also, beware of the parking lot pirates, the meter maid was circling our car & ready to ticket or boot our brand new 2023 Kia Soul but I told them we’re Jehovah’s Witness and they backed off real quick, lol that’s what’s up! No judgement but we’re not apart of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, just passing through, respect the religion but we ain’t interested, homie. Stay safe in 2023, also next year too.

They are great here. We brought in the puppy for the shopping trip. He is spoiled. Everyone was gushing over him. The people here love animals. The selection was great and several employees checked in on us to make sure we got what we needed. Love you guys

The employees who work here are very kind. The young man tonight helped me carry my dog food to my car and was very nice even though it was close to them closing. Everytime I come to this store the employees are friendly and kind. Always a great experience. 👏🏼👏🏼

The worst experience I've ever had I scheduled an appointment for Rabies vaccine on 2 dogs when I got there they had none of the information for the dogs they said they didn't have any access to that they said that they have no idea what goes on on the website and then gave me a phone number for an animal hospital for their customer service I guess the best way to say is what a bunch of goofballs I would never trust them with my dog's Health neither dog was allowed to have a vaccine because one of them has a limp

I found 3 dead fish just sitting in these containers. Half of them can’t even swim. The employees acted like it wasn’t a big deal saying “it happens.” And the cages that these animals are in are gross and not okay. These conditions are terrible. Please do not give your money to this store. Terrible and incredibly sad.
