Petco

I have done some research and most of the stuff they sell. Is it even safe for our pets those could really hold our pets. They just sell extra stuff that we shouldn’t actually buy our pets to make money oh, there was four times I adopted a pet brid there the first time we grabbed it with Annette and it was pretty nice if it once the second time he had no training and it hated getting killed and a lot of people only have them because they liked the balls so they can hold them the third time she died in two daysor free one of the other the first time they didn’t even triple rings or he they got it with a net. There was a lot of medical stuff we had to do with our yellow budgie that we’ve got last. So next time you go there or to Petco or Petsmart or any pet store if they say something’s OK with your pet do some research well to use for your pet do research before buying it. Make sure the pet is healthy and ask them if you could see your pet or put it in one of their private cages cause I know they have those at least one of them to see it and see how they act. I would just recommend that so please be careful with talk to your pet. she won’t even get on my finger because she’s traumatized because of what they did to her they didn’t even so we have even though at the pet store. She was only $45. So we knew there was something because for a healthy bowl that’s tamed they’re usually at least 80 $70so just be careful please

Employee was so rude and standoffish. I had to ask him for help to get some fish and I promise I was super polite and nice, but he was acting so put off by my being there. I will literally drive further to the other pet store in my area than have to deal with him again. I bought 8 celestial pearl danios & somehow ended up with 2 of the wrong fish that I didn’t notice until I got home & of the 6 CPD fish, 4 of them have infections and are super emaciated and sick.

Store was clean and organized I was able to walk in find my item and go to check out . Two employees where at check out both next to one register conversing about weather a coworker knew she had to work that day or not I uncomfortably waited for about ten seconds before I was finally acknowledged I waited at the register they both where standing at then I'm told to go to a different register which was fine I go to put in my phone number and the cashier seemed annoyed she had not logged into her register dispite standing at the other register then when asking for my phone number she sounded more annoyed then continued her conversation with the other coworker before asking if I wanted a receipt, it was a very uncomfortable and awkward interaction. I typically don't go to this store and the selection is nice and the store is clean but the people on staff could be friendlier to guest I felt like I was interrupting them by trying to leave / buy my crickets I will probably stick to the Ogden store from now on even though they have a smaller selection their staff is more friendly

We went there for Tokay geckos, got two of them, they're in great health! The guy working there was super knowledgeable and very friendly. They also had lego sets which my kid loved!

Jayme groomed my sweet dog and she loved him. A huge feat for my dog. Prices great and we are coming back for sure. Everyone working were very nice. Nice to see customer service for a change!!
