I recently bought some dog cookies and ice cream from Petco for my pup’s birthday, and they were a huge hit! They looked amazing—beautifully decorated and almost too cute to eat. My dog absolutely loved them, and I appreciated that they were made with safe, high-quality ingredients. They were the perfect treat to make his special day even better! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for any pet parent looking to spoil their furry friend!

BUGS IN FOOD, STORE REFUSED EXCHANNGE! Our family has been taking our puppy to this store since we got her. Petco has been our go to store for all of our puppies needs as we trusted their products would be of the highest quality and help keep our pet healthy and happy like they so famously and bodily advertise. We even took puppy classes at this location so it's absolutely disgusting to be treated the way we were treated during our visit today. Our puppy has not been eating her food which she was previously so excited about! She never missed a meal and now all of the sudden she won't touch her food at all! Upon further inspection we found that her food was infested with bugs that appeared to be beetles. After carrying almost 100lbs of food to the store not even for a refund but for an exchange we were rudely denied. We were denied speaking to the manager on duty or the supervisor the woman handling our exchange saying that we "have to deal with me." We didn't even want a refund or any of our money back we just wanted to change our puppies food for something that wasn't infested with bugs! Not only were we disrespectfully treated and denied any further assistance but we had to bring the infested bags back home with us and find a different store to buy our puppies food. If you want to be treated like a valued customer do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all cost! No care for their customers, awful customer service, over 4 bags of dog food infested with bugs and denied an exchange. We've been loyal Petco shoppers for so long even before our puppy and will no longer be returning. But don't take my word for it look at the absolutely horrible reviews this location has received about its staff and their level of dedication to PetCare! I will be emailing the company with videos and pictures of the bugs in the food!

I’ve been going to the Petco in Verona for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog’s grooming. I used to visit the West Orange location, but it was so poorly managed that I stopped going there. Switching to the Verona Petco was the best decision I could’ve made. Everything here runs like clockwork. The employees are consistently friendly and professional. The groomers go above and beyond to make you feel at ease — they remember little details about my dog, give him adorable nicknames, and genuinely seem happy to see us every time we visit. It’s clear they really care, which is so reassuring for anyone nervous about leaving their pet. The rest of the store is just as great. There’s always someone nearby to assist in the fish, reptiles, or small animal sections, and there’s typically at least one cashier ready to help at the register. The managers are approachable, easy to talk to, and clearly committed to keeping the store running smoothly. I’d recommend this Petco to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming, and well-managed location. They’ve earned my trust, and my dog — who’s like my baby — is always in good hands here. 5/5 stars!

Had this store fulfilling their same day delivery. They sent me dog food instead of my cat one. It wasn’t even the same brand. Edit: 12/02 Called their corporate Customer Support. They handled it professionally. Lealyn reached out afterwards to make sure I received my order. Great customer service!

Great staff that are very well informed on the various species that they have for sale, and will assist you with any question about their products and how they can best serve your companion. The dog trainer, I don’t know him by name, is a true professional who cares about the dog more than humans which is fine by me. It may not be to everyone’s taste but that’s just my perspective as I see it.
