I’ve been with 3 veterinarians and Dr. Anne is my 4th and definitely will be our last. I live in Pasadena and I don’t mind driving to Long Beach for my Babies. Their health is our priority and I know that they’re in good hands. My dog has a lump and an ear infection. They just examined my baby boy and after days he was fine. The ear infection was gone. When I went to the Emergency hospital they said they would do a lot of tests which was expensive (estimated cost was $8,000.00). Dr. Anne and her colleague just tested him and did an ultrasound and they found out what was wrong with my dog and I only spent about $1,500.00 including medications. They were concerned about their patients and not the money. The front desk named Ryley was very polite and nice. You could feel the positivity of the people who work at this clinic. Definitely, will recommend this Vetco Clinic and Dr. Anne for your babies.

Celeste is the best groomer! She is professional, personable and very talented. She really listens and asks all the right questions, so your pup gets the grooming u want. We r very appreciative of her time, energy and expertise❣️🐾😎

I’ve been a long time customer at this store. This morning I was in a need of dog food since I was in that area in the morning. I showed up before opening, and people were being let in for what I assume was for grooming services. I asked the employee if I could just grab a bag of dog food quickly, since I knew what I wanted. He kind of rudely said we open at 9, and shut the door on me. I understood obviously, I was there 30 minutes before opening. I was just looking for a quick favor since I was in the area. As I was I driving home, I noticed Pet Food Express open. Which they open a 8:00am. The employee was well informed, and very nice while she approached me to see if I had questions about their product's. I’ve never had this service at this Petco store in all the years of buying dog food there. Thanks Petco for turning me into a Pet Food Express customer. It opened my eyes to alternatives.

I take my doggie Indigo to Amber at Petco on PCH in Long Beach. She is an angel. I wish I could give her more stars. Indigo is not an easy dog to groom but her magic hands do their work. Amber is amazing beyond words. I live in Anaheim but it doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t take him to anyone else. She’s everything and more than you could ever want grooming your fur baby.
