I have my Kobi(a doodle) who’s so happy everytime he goes to Petco, Thousand Oaks. The place is always clean and the people are all friendly. Lyrika, manager/ groomer of my doggie can make magic. She takes such good care with so much love. Can really tell the way she does the grooming/ haircut for my baby. She’s a true gem. Pls give her a raise! :)

I have no idea if the queer king who rang me up on Valentine’s Day will see this, but wanted to share my dog Obi with the last rainbow tennis ball he found for him! Thank you Petco Thousand Oaks!

I would like to especially express my thanks to the young man at the checkout counter yesterday who is of outstanding character. While I was at the checkout I unknowingly dropped about $30 cash out of my wallet on the floor and walked out. He saw it after I left and ran out to the parking lot to find me and return it. He should get recognition by the manager for showing excellent character. Paul Lux

We are loving our training. Wish the training floor was a little bigger, so we don’t keep getting attacked by customers dogs that are shopping while we are in class but overall the trainer is very knowledgeable and a good teacher.

I am visiting my parents for the week and I came into your store in Thousand Oaks, California and was greeted by Lyrikah. I was very excited to get my puppy groomed today. The customer service I received was so beyond what was necessary. Lyrikah explained to me that my puppy had matted hair that was extremely close to her sensitive skin and being a first time groom at an actual groomer she was not a candidate for the shave that she was needing. Your associate took the time to explain to me how it was that my maltipoo who is not yet four months old had this horrible matting. I had no idea what I was doing wrong. She took the extra time to give me some websites to look at. I left your store, feeling confident about caring for my dog. I just wanted you to know you have an amazing employee who really cares about her job and the animals that she grooms. Our family will continue to use Petco Grooming for all of our dogs and hope that we continue to come across amazing employees, such as Lyrikah. Robin Benson Austin, Texas
