Took my 85 lb goldendoodle to be groomed, we had a medical issue and couldn't take him to his regular groomer in SLC. He needed a groom badly . I explained and gave pictures of how I wanted his fur to look, But when I picked him up I found alot of uneven parts to the body, they butchered his ears with blunt layers , his paws looked awful long hairs around nails, cut a couple nails to short they where bleeding. His sanitary area was uneven. He has a fauxhawk and they messed that up took to much off one side and left it floppy and loose instead of trimming so it can stick up. Long hairs around the mouth. NEVER. AGAIN! will I take him for a groom here. I would rather do it myself even not being trained. I had to fix a bunch at home anyway.

Petco charged us for a size larger than she is. When we picked up our dog, they hadn’t even give her a full cut. They bathed and blow dried her, buzzed her nose, and genitals, and left the rest shaggy. For the cherry on top, she smelled like vape smoke for two weeks afterwards. 0/10 would not recommend.

I revise my previous 5 star review. This place is awful. I come weekly to buy food and have to walk around the entire store twice to maybe find one employee to get something or to check me out. They're always angry and have a glazed over look. They're clearly over worked and under paid. The whole store is poorly managed. Treat your employees better and add more self options? I'm looking for a supply of crickets elsewhere. This place just isn't even worth the drive. Also stopping asking people for donations... You greedy people profited almost $100M last year (2023)

Took both of our pups there to be groomed. The entire grooming staff is great, but Hailey is amazing! She always does such a great job!

We asked for assistance then were made to wait for over 45 min, still no assistance. A male associate was aware we wanted help but just wouldn’t help us to buy our fish. Many fish appeared ill. We left agter an hour of standing around.
