Jays jungle is a place to go for your reptile needs. They sell live and frozen. We get our rats here on a weekly basis. The workers are very kind and quick to help. They have an assortment of live animals as well. Rabbits, birds, snakes, fish and children if left unattended... I'm just kidding on the children... lol

I love Jay’s Jungle! I got my chameleon, Karma, here a year ago. I’ve gotten all his necessities at this store. Jay is super personable and cares about the well being of his pets after they’ve been sold— not just before. He gives great advice and is always happy to help. Karma was well-socialized before I got him, so he loves to be held and hand fed!

Please DO NOT shop here! While in downtown Provo I decided to walk through this shop, but was dismayed to find they were keeping multiple snakes together in the same enclosure, with as many as 3-4 snakes together. This is an outdated practice of reptile keeping and goes to show that they do not care about the wellbeing of the pets they sell. Petsmart or even Petco shows more care than Jay's Jungle.

As a local pet store, this place is great. Good prices on fish, crickets and mice. I love their very affordable bulk food. Jay and his staff are knowledgeable especially about salt water fish. They also have a cute assortment of creepy crawlies (snakes, spiders turtles), birds and rodents. Worth a trip! Support local.

This is with out a doubt the most disgusting pet shop I have ever been in to. The employees are very rude and have no clue how to care for their reptiles. I found dead animals in enclosures, every snake was covered in mites, and almost all of the reptiles were severely under weight. They also had no pest strips sitting on top of cages, which are not meant to be used around people. Even in the brief time I was in this shop I over heard the employees asking each other if the customer noticed what was wrong with the animal they wanted to buy. I didn’t get spoken to once the entire time I was in the shop, just glared at and almost pushed by an employee. The one picture shows 4 large ball pythons in a single 40 gallon tank.
