Love to go where the pets go. My dog enjoys going into the store on a leash and exploring the store. We go there for Frankie's dog treats. He loves the dehydrated ducks feet. I know it sounds gross, but it's actually very nutritional, and he loves them. We also pick up the bully sticks, which is another of Frankis's go-to chew sticks. They also offer pet grooming and obedience classes for your pets. They have pet food for both dogs and cats along with bedding and other accessories. Besides the dog supplies, they have aquariums, fish, and other fish supplies. They offer veterinary services like shots or emergency care.

The ladies working today were so sweet and helpful. They found us a good price on a dog treat and played with Ellie. We watched them show a parrot his own reflection. So cute! Love this place!

My brother in law has me schedule all his appts for his dog Winter. He comes in monthly sometimes twice a month. My brother in law gets typically the $80 service plus tips $10 no matter what. He is always impressed. This time he has him done on 11/17 or 11/16, I can't remember which, and the groomer did a horrible job. Shaved his eye brows, didn't leave him a beard or mustache, didn't trim any hair off his back or anything. I'm attaching photos of before grooming appts and this past grooming appt. Employees were too busy chatting we waited almost 20 minutes to get help. Then told me I couldn’t have the fish I wanted cuz they had to be in a school of 6 when I already had 3 of the fish in the tank they were going in. Then waited another 5 minutes up at register no one came up to it they walked clear to the back and ignored us even with the ringer at the desk to let them know when someone comes up.

01/01/25 went into the store about a half hour before closing and there were two employees leaning in the front, looked at us like we didn't belong there, one was actually clicking her nails at us and rolled her eyes still standing there, not saying a word. We went farther into the store and met a lady holding her baby and trying to find help. Neither of the ones in the moved and a lady that came out from the rows did ask the woman with the baby what she needed. When they were done I asked where the cat wormer was and she said I had to talk to the vet. I did go to the cat section and find it, but everything was covered in dust and while we were looking they partially turned off the lights with me and the lady with the baby still in the store. I'm handicapped and use a cane, if my husband had not been in the store with me, I would have tripped or ran into something. The lady with the baby had a puffer coat on and was holding the about six months old little one in her arms. All of us did make it out of the store after they set up a very dangerous situation for a handicapped person and a lady with her baby. They shut off the register and said nothing as we got out of a place where either of us could have been injured. I didn't get the names of the employees because the ones in the the front didn't turn towards us and the one who did talk to us was to far away to see even if they had one and it was dark with the lights partially off. Update: Just talked to the mgr of the store and he said the register was on. They only have two employees at night and the employee in the front was talking to another customer? As for the lights,he said the lights was a panel problem and they were getting it fixed and during the day they work with partial lights and it was only 50 percent off.Sure, sure. Oh, it was late and they didn't know I would be there, wow, thanks . Update: Down on the bottom of my post about a serious problem, there is the generic response, we are all so lucky that we got that. On the other reviews that I saw, this problem is systemic and been happening for at least 5 yrs with the employees, the light problem is new. If your handicapped or have a small child, avoid this place at night they will turn the lights down 50 percent, not wait on you and treat you like you are a invader.
