She’s 11 and have never ever been told that: I will not go back."
• "Won't be back, you pay an arm n leg for grooming. Only for your dog to come back smelling like they dropped cologne all on your fur animal. Nails were split and not cleaned up at all. Have to fix them myself. Don't even let your fur animal get use to you before taking him or her to the back, no I'm just going to pull you leash and drag you."
