URGENT. BEWARE. I’m not surprised to see the awful reviews regarding danielle’s (Grooming manager?!) lack of customer service. She was disrespectful, condescending, inconsiderate, and angry for no apparent reason when I came in this past week. I asked one of the sales representatives for help due to a pick up order that I had Danielle chose to not help me when another groomer was willing to help me so I could look up my pick up order. Apparently, one of the groomers told me that Danielle is in charge. Unfortunately, she could not help me due to the fact that Danielle said so. I would like to speak with corporate and the general manager as soon as possible regarding this. I will never come back to this location again, but I want to make sure she is not allowed to handle customers. It baffles me to understand that she is a manager. How are you a manager and you don’t know how to handle customers? It’s not making sense to me. As loyal customers who come in every day to care for their pets, we are the reason you have a position. Be kind. Attention, future customers, please visit the revere location. It is much better, they have a lot of inventory, and outstanding staff who actually help you.

Bad experience at the groomer employee waited 3 hours telling me they couldn’t cut my dog hair because he was moving and it was unsafe when that was b.s because I was watching the employe at the window doing my dog yes he was moving around when he was getting his feet done . She just didn’t want to deal with my dog because she was already aggravated because she broke her glasses you can tell by her face than she gives my dog to the other lady to tell me she can’t do my dog smh a waste of time and bad communication.

Inhumane conditions for these poor leopard geckos. I’m absolutely disgusted And I wish I had the space to save all of these animals to find them homes. This one was in the worst shape. The others were all juveniles crammed into one hide placed in the center of a tank with a hide facing the display glass, stressing them out and they’re clearly trying to get a cooler sourced Environment. Over 100° on both sides and absolutely little to no humidity outside of the water in their dishes. I have absolutely reported them to corporate, but with their lack of empathy over the phone, I feel it necessary to report elsewhere, including this review. Shame on you people. I could care less about your response. Do better and see seek emergency medical attention for these animals. With clear signs of burns and shedding issues. This gecko in the photo needs a nice water soak , an ointment to treat the skin. This has clearly been going on for a while too, given to the amount of fat left on the tail .. All the cashier had to say about this was that the animal was being treated by a vet, but that is obviously false given the conditions of the tank

First and last time going to this Petco location. I asked one question regarding price matching with the petco website and the cashier tried to give me vague reasons in a condescending tone of why she wasn’t able to honor the price. That was fine with me, however I said I’ll just order it online for pick up so I could get the online price. I did it on the side so she could take care of the other customers and she said she would keep the item aside for me while I did it. I completed the online order while there and notified her. I understand it takes some time for the order to get to the store’s system so I told her I would come back to pick it up since we still had many hours until the store would close. My order was cancelled 1.5 hours after the order was placed due to ā€œout of stockā€.
