Business may not be half bad if they found workers that actually worked! I didn't even want to rate this as one! This is indeed no reflection on the grooming department. The grooming department is efficient, professional and very polite. But the customer service in the main section of the store sucks! It's like they're posted at that register and will not move, good luck on finding whatever you came to purchase.

While the lady’s up front pretend to be busy by sweeping the front floor area you got dead bettas laying on the floor. The people that work there are friendly. Would not bring my dog to get groomed again either, because the lady didn’t dry my pup. Told me she towel dried her instead. So my car seats were all wet when I got home.
