I've always had a good experience shopping here. They have always had the supplies I've needed in stock at a good price. I'll continue to come here first for all my pet needs. I also enjoy looking at all the animals on display on my way out. They're cute.

They got alot of stuff for your pets. I've never had an issue with this place you go in for what you need and pay. They carry a large selection of cat and dog food also other animal food as well. Employees are nice and helpful also they know what they're selling witch is a good thing when so many options are available.

The vet techs need a refresher course on DEA drug laws about how long controlled substance rxs are valid. They're legally only valid for 6 months. Feel free to check the des laws yourself. Don't listen to the vet tech about controlled drugs like phenobarbital.

As a follow up to the non-refundable, last a few hours, poor quality surgery collar provided by the “professionals” with VETCO at Petco, the employee had the nerve to tell me that they charge me $33.53 for their choice of poor quality item because that is what they pay for it. If that is the case, I seriously misjudged their ability operate a business as well as provide quality products. My dog was neutered, he is young, I had a new pup well visit and surgery here and all they did is show me that for the next 10-15 years of my dogs life, I’d be better off looking for quality elsewhere. Good job.

Awful customer service I placed my order online to pick up curbside. I alerted the store that I was on my way in the app and when I got there I let them know I was there also in the app. During my 20 minute wait I called the store twice and no one answered and an associate helped a customer out to her car then vaped a few times on his way back in. Thank god I had my husband with me (as I am disabled) he finally went in and asked “what’s the point of having curbside if you aren’t going to do it”. An associate said in an angry tone that they were busy. No one helped my husband out with the two large bags of food. I would not have gotten my animals food if it wasn’t for my husband. So if you’re disabled and count on curbside pickup go elsewhere.
