I have an energetic husky that needs to be walked daily. He loves going into Petco because he knows it is his store and where I get all his food and treats from. All the employees are excellent. They are aways helpful, warm and friendly. Noah loves the bag of treats they have at the checkout counter. This pet store and their employees are the best.

They have just about everything your animals needs, except for the best in foods, as their staff, minus their overweight week night manager w/ glasses needs some etiquette training, otherwise they're great does try their very best to try and help with your needs for your specific kind of animal(s)

We went for the free comprehensive exam that they advertised and they charged us for it. Also, I asked for two specific vaccines and they only gave one and we didn’t know about it until we got home and saw the receipt. We also asked for a referral for the heart worm medication called Sentinel and the doctor was supposed to talk to us about it but didn’t say anything about it and after my husband checked out they said oh yeah the doctor said he won’t approve the Sentinel because he’s not sure how much weight he’s going to gain. What!? My puppy is 13lbs and 12 weeks old. He is absolutely within the 10 - 25lbs requirement for the Sentinel. A product by the way that Petco sells! So why can’t my dog have it??! It’s what we want for him and a non negotiable from the breeder!! Also the comprehensive exam was nothing! It was literally two minutes in the room and he said almost nothing to my husband. $90 for that!! Now I have to go to another vet and pay another fee so I can get him his heart worm medication!! They could have told us that from the beginning when my husband got there and told them exactly what we wanted! We feel like they stole from us, they cheated us and we will never trust petco with our puppies ever again!!!! Just an awful experience all around! Wish I could give zero stars!!!

My dog loves it here. She’s pulling me into the store and going straight for the groom section. We just do the mini makerover for grooming services. The groomers do a good job and my dog sits better for them than for me. I typically schedule in person or call and leave a message and they get back to me. Unfortunately Petco website doesn’t let me book for the type of service my dog gets as a standalone service.

This is a nice and well-organized store with a good variety of items and excellent customer service. Pomāi and Rylee made of my first visit to Petco a great experience, especially if you are new to the pet supplies world like I am. Thank you so much for your help. Way to go, I highly recommend this Kaneohe business.
