I was here looking around the workers were nice when I asked questions and the store was not crowded!

Every single time I come in here to buy super worms I get tons full of worms! I’m tired of wasting my money literally I’m about to sue Petco this is ridiculous they stink so friggin bad it’s a waste of money and time! And we can’t even get compensated for this!

I purchased a sweater online for my dog in a small but received a medium. I came to this location to return the incorrect size and the front desk associate denied my return. She told me that I would need to contact customer service for assistance. I was confused because this was clearly Petcos mistake and the associate was not helpful at all, instead she was rude and had an attitude with me. I contacted customer service and explained the situation- she processed my refund and explained that the associate was supposed to accept the return so she also filed a complaint against the store due to this incident. This could've been avoided if the associate wanted to be helpful instead of argumentative.

I took my dog to get groomed and left pretty disappointed. I had Justin as my dogs groomer, He stated my dog was well behaved so can't understand why he did my dog so wrong. I did explain that just under his jaw, he was slightly matted (2 small pieces) if he would kindly work on them. Justin checked them out and said he would fix that. Great, I trusted him to work some magic. If he was having such an issue, he should have called and me stated such. I do NOT get a call. I also gave him simple instructions on how I wanted my dog to get cut. Well, needless to say, Justin cut more than I asked, left my dogs face uneven, and did cut that extra small nail as asked. What annoyed me most was Justin had the nerve to lie and say my dog was so matted that was why he cut my dogs hair so short. Which left me with such a bad taste. I spoke to the manager, Emily. She immediately knew who worked on my dog, which led me to think this hadn't been Justin's first botched job. Emily did offer to have Justin fix it, but I don't want him to fix it. The other groomers didn't feel comfortable fixing Justin's work, which is understandable. I will be returning to have the grooming manager work on my dog. I feel Justin needs to work under supervision and be taught more before he is left alone to style any dogs. We all deserve the opportunity to do what we love in life but not at someone else's sexpense. Just has great energy, and I would love for him to become a great groomer. Thank you, Emily, for working with me to have this rectified. I will keep you posted.

No one answered the phone. I didn't want to drive around to different stores and would like to know if something is available. No one answers. Disgusting customer service. Everyone there gets paid to NOT answer the phone?? Horrible terrible!! Where are the supposed managers? They get paid to NOT ensure getting done??
