Groomer cancelled my appointment an hour before after waiting some time for an open slot already, then wanted to make me wait another 2+ weeks for another open slot. Punished people who already waited for their appointment on their own accord, and would not accommodate by moving other appointments back as well. To be fair the groomer was out sick, but only moving the day of appointments and not future appointments is not fair and only punished people like me who had already waited likely longer times.

Grooming folks are lazy and don’t show up to work. When they do show up, they will find any reason possible to get out of work. I’ve never seen a company so lazy, they’ll find any excuse to not wash dogs when that is what they do. Just wow

This place is a joke. Waited several weeks for a grooming appointment. Prior to appointment I asked if it was ok to give my dog anxiety medicine before hand or if I should not as I wanted to comply with whatever the store policy was. Their response was "oh if your dog has ever taken anxiety medicine then we cannot groom her." Most dogs don't love grooming and or new places. Anxiety medicine can help calm them and make the groomers job easier. Absolute horrible business practice but maybe make that super clear on your website or upon booking if you are going to have such a ridiculous policy. Doesn't appear that I am the first to deal with this as the reviews is what tipped me to ask this prior to actually bringing my dog in. I wish I had read the reviews prior to waiting weeks for my appointment, so that is on me. Hopefully their bad business practices catch up to them and the store will close down and a business that actually cares for dogs will take it's place in Brentwood.
