Absolutely terrible customer service. Cashier with a brown pony tail and glasses had to be told by another employee to help my girlfriend waiting to cash out. Then when she walked over to my girlfriend she was rude when my girlfriend tried to pay. And then told my girlfriend she couldn鈥檛 pay for a purchase of 8$ with a 20$ bill. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service should be happy i was at bass pro shop or I would have asked for the manager. To add on now that you guys responded to my review I鈥檝e now read all of the reviews on this petco and it seems like whoever is running the place does not care about the terrible reviews they are receiving. Highly recommend people just avoid this store completely until new management takes over 馃挭馃徎

So pretty much the same thing as most Petcos laid out similarly. Did have ferrets at this location, that seemed to be doing a lot of scratching and the one ferrets ears looked a little red so they might want to check into that.

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Worst staff ever! Ignored me while I was trying to check out and then didn鈥檛 let me pay with my $20 dollar bill because my purchase was only $10. They lost a sale and a customer that day! Worst staff and store I鈥檝e ever been to!

I have taken my dog to get groomed here multiple times with no issues and they did a very good job. He is a spaniel and all spaniels have some form of heart condition but it does not affect them getting groomed. I have never had any issues the past 2 times he was taken there but then all of a sudden they decided to reject my appointment and will no longer let me book grooming appts there even though they have taken him 2 times prior. We asked them to fix it and they refused and said it鈥檚 their policy and that there was nothing they could do. I would not take your spaniel to get groomed there because they will deny your appt and make it so you can no longer book an appointment there. Very disappointed in this company and conflict resolution.

I have been coming to this location for a year now, but no longer. The location has drastically went down hill recently in their aquarium department. I鈥檝e already reported them for animal abuse for their corporate office, but I urge Aquarium people to NOT buy from this location. They had a diamond watchmen Goby, an animal that eats through sifting sand through their gills, in a tank with huge substrate. I tried telling them several times as each week I came in, it got skinner and skinner. The staff did nothing, so I asked the associate helping me out if I could return it if it passed given its condition. They said yes, we understand, so I bought the fish. The goby ate the first day I brought it home, but it went belly up on day 3. So I went to return it with a water sample from my tank and the receipt only to be told no refunds of any kind on saltwater fish even though I was assured a refund when buying it. Mandy didn鈥檛 care her employee ensured me. She didn鈥檛 care the goby was being starved to death at her location. Shame on any employee involved in this animal鈥檚 suffering. I鈥檇 give you negative stars if I could
