Petco

My dog is super picky about her toy, theres literally only one thing that she likes, and its a Kong ring! These are getting harder amd harder to find nowadays, and thankfully they had them here!

Me and my family never was have any problems or issues but today at this Petco when I going inside with my own bag the employee name Evelyn she say to me I have to go back and put my bag in my car or I'm gonna take your bag in front ( register) if not I have to go out there not let me shopping ,that's my first time in us I see like that rude employee or company like that ,anyways I not gona come back here anymore ,and company should put bether and standard shope rules

Great staff! Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive. Easy lot, parking to get in and out of. Good selection and availability. With Vital Care membership, this always my first choice for my pets needs.

Never had a problem with this petco until recently since they had this new groomer. The first time I came in, I arrived 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, and instead of a simple explanation that they didn't have room to take my pet yet, I was greeted with an attitude and a lecture. A polite explanation would have been more than enough, but the unnecessary attitude left a bad impression. Despite that, the grooming itself turned out well so I gave the groomer a second chance. Fast forward to today, I arrived prior to receiving the completion call to pick up my pet and asked for an invoice so I could go do some shopping at the store and pay for everything while the grooming was finishing. I was not in a rush, and I didn't and still don't feel like I was rushing the groomer in any way. When she said she still had 20 minutes left, I told her that it was okay, I just wanted the invoice so I can pay up front and and didn't have to go back and forth to pay multiple times. I've done this more than enough time to know that the grooming was never done within 2 hours time frame. I was again met with rude and snappy responses. The tone the attitude and the lack of basic customer service were enough to make me rethink ever returning, regardless of how consistently good the grooming itself has always been. If you're a regular here, you know exactly whom I'm talking about. Unless the attitudes are only toward me personally, then it's even worse. Definitely won't be booking with this person again.

My family and I had zero problems with this Petco until today we picked up our two dogs and they were shaved completely. They didn’t have any knots in their hair so I don’t understand the reason to why their fur was shaved off. We’ve been going to that Petco for a few months now and their fur was always beautifully cut but today they completely messed them up. The prices for the haircuts they did before were at a reasonable price but today they overcharged for an awful haircut.
