I go in to buy fish for my pond, crickets and meal worms for our creatures. Store Manager, Ingrid is always very helpful. She goes out of her way to do things the right way. She proudly represents her awesome store and I’m a loyal customer! Thank you Ingrid!

My wife went in to buy a balloon molly and was denied because a woman named Rayven. I walked in to see what the problem was and I was able to tell that this girl was poorly trained and shouldn't be in the position she's in as a manager. She tried telling me that there are different types of balloon Molly's and she wasn't sure which one it was so she would not sell them. For one as far as I know, Petco doesn't sell specialty balloon Molly's especially when they are visibly marked assorted balloon Molly with the code to the fish. Rayven may have been able to keep her cool with me but the lack of knowledge on her part of fish which we all know is 1/3 of the store was remarkable. My eight year old can point out fish better than this girl and for someone to put her in a management position without making sure this girl was properly trained was a huge oversight on her boss. And I wouldn't doubt has cost quite a strain on revenue when she's in charge. If the manager doesn't have the knowledge then she shouldn't be in that position. A big issue over a fish that costs $4.99. Just shows how much someone doesn't belong in their position. I would choose another. Someone smarter might be a start. Also confirmed with other stores and they would've sold us the fish, because they're all trained to handle fish unlike this sore excuse of a store. Oh and hard to run a store with no signs lit at night.

I had a great time looking at the kittens, fishes, birds, and ferrets. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because the aquarium area was dirty in this store. The kittens I saw in July 2024 were absolutely adorable! 🥰

Was there to buy crates for our dogs 😥 cashier checked on-line Labor Day sale to save us 50%. Fantastic surprise on something we didn't want to have to buy.

Shopped for my monthly dog food supply on February 14th at 10:15 am. The girl at the counter obviously hated her job. She does not say hello to people entering. Does not say thank you. no smile a very entitled young girl. I must say f i was the manager she would not be there. I dont expect to be catered to but this will definitely change where i shop from now on.
