Horrible! A grooming appointment scheduled. 1. Don’t show up 5 minutes early. You have a “STYLIST” that will speak with you at scheduled time. 2. My “STYLIST” freaked when I informed gave me dog Benadryl. Literally grabbing her chest like a stroke. Other stylist overheard and said, It’s okay. Ridiculous. 3. Ask me to leave area, walk store so she could see how dog acted. Go back. She informed.. MAYBE this or that, unsure. 4….. No thank you! If a “STYLIST” is UNSURE that’s a SURE for me to leave with my pet. I understand my dogs anxiety with this girl. She holds your pet like they have parasites or fleas. We left and went directly to another spa my dog gets her nails trimmed & Perfection! Will NEVER RETURN.

If you are going to charge double now, at least leave your customers with options. Every dogs coat is different. Every dogs breed is different. They each require different products. Pet supplies is cheaper and provides better options.

Just came in and they price matched the treats to online pricing no questions asked and they always do things in a kindly manner. I always do in store pick up and my orders are gathered quickly and efficiently! This is my Petco close to work and the best In the DFW. My pups and I thank you guys at the northwest hwy Petco!!!!
