We got to rhe store 20 minutes before they closed today on a Sunday. All the fish lights were off and the guy told me that he would not turn them on so I could see the fish. I had to beg him and he just turned on the one light. I told the assistant manager Kim that I was not happy that I had to beg the guy to do his job during open hours. She blatantly ignored me at the register until I told her to acknowledge me. She then told me not to come back to her store if I am to speak to her like that. We are not going back to the Midvale location until Kim gets some customer service training. Do better... We have only ever had amazing experiences at every other location and we are there probably twice a week for our pets.

I came after doing some research about axolotls. I was so excited to get all my stuff. I saw the tanks were on sale so I ask an associate for help. I was so lucky to run into Kaeson was the first person I ran into. He was helpful , knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Walked me through all of my items and gave he’s knowledge as well. This experience made me even more excited for my new friends! Give that guy a raise! He truly deserves it for he’s above and beyond customer service.

Petco is the Nordstrom's of pet care centers ❣️ Unless you want to go to a bunch of small custom shops, this is as good as it gets.. They carry a great selection from inexpensive to very high end products they also have dog & cat grooming. They also have a wonderful selection of fish reptiles and all kinds of furry little animals.. If you love animals as much as I do definitely take the time to stop in to your local Petco and experience the love ❣️♥️ sami&isaac r♥️'n it..

This location is always helpful and well stocked! The groomers are great with our small dog. We got 2 bearded dragons from here who are healthy and vibrant!

Took my pet to get groomed on 2/6/2025 and was a breeze. I wish I got everyone’s name but the girls working at the grooming station around 3:00 pm were amazing. Held a good conversation and were able to assist me with my questions. When I was checking out I seen an item that was 50% off and what a deal. Super huge and had the worker with curly hair hair approach me and my pet with such great customer service and helped me take my item out to my car. I do appreciate you both! Definitely a great experience and great customer service especially with someone who struggles with socializing. The employees have great customer service skills ! Will be making this petco my go to
