Fr refused cash refund just because they were too lazy to get the actual manager. He said he was the manager though? Visit approx 1 year later: friendly and helpful staff, even though I was there 10 minutes before close, they were helpful enough to make me a bag of the specific amount of crickets I wanted and not have to buy the pre-bagged ones. Review changed from a one to a five in hopes that the employee who refused to help me is gone! :)

I liked that friendly vet and assistant treat my cat very professional. All my concerns were answered and explained everything good. The only issue is that I didn't get the written or electronic prescription for the flea treatment so I can order the consecutive doses, I will have to make a trip to pick it up.

I loved visiting here when I was six, I would always beg my father to get me a Parrot. I come here All the time to get The fish and frog I own, but recently My parents told me I could get a cat. So the first thing I did after Visiting OHS was Come her to Get some Supplies for my New cat, The problem I did have here is that there wasn’t much clothes for kittens- (jk) the problem I actually had was the place was EXPENSIVE. I spent $442 Dollars Getting 7 ITEMS. And the items where SMALL. And, There where several dead Beta fish still on display, it felt Quite disturbing. Other than that I loved the place and got to get everything I needed for my new cat. (The following pictures are the items I bought:

I ALWAYS look up the product I need on line. Take a screenshot of said product AND price, then show it to the sales associate. Depending on how busy the store is, they will either take me to the product or tell me where it is on the shelf. MOST ( not all) of the people have it together and know their store, so overall a good experience.
