I am leaving this 2 star review for the cashier I had today. As I walked up to the register, she was on the phone with a man who was on speaker phone cussing and I found it very rude. I expect attention on what she's doing not her friend on the phone and using that kind of language was very inappropriate in the public ears. It seemed like she didn't care that she was at work, that this was play time with laughs and giggles on the phone.

Enjoyed visit here, the place is more clean when we visited today unlike what I've read from other's reviews. We've been looking for common pleco and they don't have yet, and heater for 10 Gallons, we will definitely back when they have stock. But overall the place is pretty good though, they might have some out of stock, but you can call them before visiting or in their site or whatever. The fishes in aquarium are really pretty taken care of and talk to one of staff there that so friendly help us answer our question about fish and stuff we wanted to know.

Went for fish food not too long ago. Noticed that a lot of the employees looked miserable while working, not a single one smiled. I couldn’t decide what beta food was best because my beta had been showing signs of being picky. When I went to ask a worker with colored hair, after asking a different employee I found out her name was Anna and she was a manager, what type of food I should get she huffed acting annoyed even though she was just talking to another worker before me. She then proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable by staring at me like I was an idiot when I asked if my beta fish would need anything else. I mean she literally stuck her mouth out and gave me a “um are you slow?” Kind of expression. I have never been more offended and will not be returning here for help of any kind. I mean I’m 32 not an idiot, I don’t need help from a child who very obviously doesn’t like and shouldn’t have her job. Shame on Anna for making such an unenjoyable experience for a paying customer. I’ll also be telling my friends and family not to come here either unless they want to feel like a burden for needing pet help at a pet store!!

Not a single heating bulb on the shelfs. Not a single one. All the pegs were there. If you were completely sold out i get it but that's really crazy if you guys were completely sold out. Have a better shipment plan if that's the case.

I recently bought a Zoomed enclosure, this item had broken glass on the bottom and I wanted to exchange it for a non broken item. The green haired manager, quickly showed that she has no idea how to do her job. This manager attempted to make be pay $15 more since the price on Wednesday was different than what I paid on Monday. This manager would not allow me to exchange the broken item for the other item without paying even more for something that I had already bought. I then requested a refund once it became obvious that the manager was not going to help me with a simple exchange. This same manager then proceeded to offer me a refund at the higher price that the item was selling for that day. I explained that I only paid $63.59 because the item was on sale on Monday. After explaining this unqualified manager, who lacks the appearance of professional worker, green hair should be against company policy, especially for managers. I was finally able to leave with a refund, despite saying that I wanted the item. The inability to do the job, which an exchange of a broken item for a non broken one should be covered on the first day of training, the fact that this green haired manager couldn't be bothered to know how to do her job properly, you have lost a customer as a result of this person's lack of common sense when it comes to doing their job. I will not have someone attempt to charge me more because they don't have a basic understanding of how a broken item, with the receipt is supposed to be done.
