A super place where we get all pet related stuff. I went to buy few fishes and the experience was amazing- The person who helps to serve was awesome. He suggested me to but kind of fishes which are safe to the old fishes. He looks like experienced and friendly. He is 5 star person. Not forgetting the lady at billing counter she is super friendly and courteous.

I got to the store and they had cancelled part of my order even though the items were in store which delayed me about 30 minutes while they went and got my stuff and also have to wait at the store while the manager try to figure out if they had charged me or not for those items. I particularly order the items to the store that had them available which was 30 minutes away from my home because they were not available for shipping or near my home store. It was a very unpleasant and sour moment.

I have no clue how this place is still in business. If the photos can’t explain enough, here is my notes: The place smells like rotten fish, not clean at all, empty cardboard boxes everywhere, stains and dirt all over the floor. I used to go and buy fish for my Aquarian from there but I have noticed it is getting worse every time I go to this store. The fish tanks they have are all dirty and those poor fish die in there without any care. Staff is very rude, look like haven’t slept for years. They won’t offer any help unless you ask, even their staff cloth is dirty. You would see it all once you enter the store. Won’t go there ever again, unless I see a change. Note: the Petco store in Edison is way better.

This is suppose to be a $150 haircut? Judge for yourself but never taking my pet back here... possibly the worst haircut he has gotten. I left him at 1pm I got him back at 7:30pm.... and this is what I come to? You serious.

The Piscataway store is a mess. It needs a makeover. Plus, there is an alarm sounding that they can't shut off for days now! Not a great shopping experience and I'm sure the animals must love hearing a high pitched beeping sound 24 hours a day.
