I love going because of the friendly atmosphere and quick service. There are many varieties at GREAT prices for our little addition to our family (our pets). I’ve never been disappointed and neither has my handsome fellow. It’s why I keep going and also why my “BIG BABY” whines when pulling up. He knows to expect nothing but freshness and the best coming from here. It’s one of his favorite outings🥰😂. It’s so funny to see him immediately run to his bowl once we get home and anxiously await for me to put the food into his bowl. Seeing this alone I know the food is a hit 🔥 🔥

If they need assistance finding something, please try to be helpful. Otherwise, you need a different job profession. This seems to be a trend unfortunately. The older male who worked here was nice to me. This was my visit a month ago. I wish he still worked there.
Feb 21, 2025 · Charlie LAfter a couple of years of coming here we end up with Michelle who did not do her job well and when we questioned how my dog paws were not done she got an attitude and shortly thereafter she retaliated and put notes about my dog being too timid and with anxiety and not to be seen at pet o. All good but be forewarned don’t get on Michelle’s bad side or she will put notes about your dog as well. Then it took two weeks to get paperwork so I could take my dog to a different groomer. The worse service.

I was surprised and very impressed to see the hermit crab tank enclosed with the humidity and heat at 80% where it is ideal. I ordered online, and my order was ready shortly thereafter. All the employees were polite, professional, helpful, and attentive when I picked up my items. It’s not your typical chain store. Thanks so much for that!
Dec 01, 2024 · Lori MillerUnfortunately a very disappointing and sad experience for me and my 12 year old Spike. It was our first time with Petco Grooming, and I decided to try their services after we visited Petco Vet. I scheduled an appointment on my day off and at the day of appointment I got a call and was informed that our groomer is sick and we have to reschedule. I was fine with that even though I have planned everything in advance. My dog is old and very anxious, and I gave him 2 light calming bites to just make him feel better. At the day of service Beth asked me if I gave him the medicine and I said I gave him a calming bite (which includes only natural herbs). After she said she cannot accept us because of the Petco’s policy and I cannot give anything calming to my dog at the day of the appointment, cause it makes the dog sleepy and he won’t be able to stand (I know my dog and it won’t affect him that much) I tried to explain that he will be fine. But they just refused to accept us and I had to reschedule AGAIN. When I came the next day, I had appointment with Christy. Honestly she wasn’t pleased to have us there. When we were finally accepted I left the store and after 40 min I got a call to pick up Spike, since he was very anxious and she couldn’t finish the haircut. I guess she didn’t really want to deal with a stressed dog stating that everything they do is for the dog’s health. Spike went to the groomers before and they could handle him. They gave me the discount and an invoice for $50 (the original price was $66) for the unfinished haircut without a bath. The haircut wasn’t that bad (nails were cut, and overall - the body was trimmed, not sure why the bath was a problem). But I was so exhausted for the whole situation that has been going on for the 3rd day in a row. Thanks to the friendly assistant at the checkout for understanding.
