I love this Petco. I live across the street, and my dog loves it so much he insists on going two or three times a week. The people that work there are amazing; they make a fuss over him every time he comes in. They answer every question I have -- and I have dozens -- and they steer me towards the right products. Dee even found a treat Prince Jr can eat -- he is an old guy with a heart problem -- and there is a bag specifically for him behind the counter. The store is great -- the prices are good, most everything is in stock, it's clean and organized -- but I go there for the people. And because Prince Jr is the boss of me.

went to adopt a kitten earlier this month. woman named susie walked me through and got to where i had $300 worth of merchandise in my cart. also talked me into signing up for a $20 a month petco membership. filled out application for kitten, and sent her my address for the house check. i never once heard from her again. very scammy on their part and just cruel because there are kittens crammed together in one small space right at the enterance, and theres people that are waiting to adopt them and are instead getting scammed and ghosted.

Miguel was such a professional, hard working co worker. really appreciate his efforts in order to find a better home for the girl baby chinchilla. Dee was a big hand in the override and the knowledge to share about the baby girl chinchilla. It was overall a splendid experience. A+ work team.

I love petco! They have everything my cats need and free same day delivery! Worth it! I am so busy I can t go shopping..so on Sundays I order all my items for same day delivery, gets to my front door between 11am to 1pm. It's worth it when time is not on your side! Great customer service! You talk to a real person, not A.I.

Me and my gf happened to buy 2 bags of food the same day so I Tried to return mine with a debit card at another location different from where I bought it. Company Policies don’t and shouldn’t vary based on location. I only came to this location because it is conveniently on my way home from work. I first called the location the purchase was made to confirm if I could receive my refund in cash since I used a debit card and wanted to avoid the banks delay for my refund. I was told that is okay if it is within 30 days, with the receipt, original form of payment and unopened item. The girl kindly confirmed and mentioned the possibility of a managers override for the return. That led me to believe it would be consistent at any Petco. THIS location was just unhelpful. They said no without even attempting to accommodate me at all. As if I was trying to get over on them or being fraudulent. I left the bag of food in the car first simply to see if they would be willing to help to begin with. I explained the previous conversation and what I was told and also asked to speak to a manager. They didn’t even care to look at the transaction in the system. They also implied that I used a different credit card when the last 4 digits on the receipt matched my VISA DEBIT. It only appeared as credit because I bypassed the pin at the time of my purchase. I normally wouldn’t care but I have worked in customer service for over 15 years in various careers and know the clear difference between something that is not possible based on real limitations, and an unwillingness to help. I didn’t appreciate my experience with the woman, Dee, as a Manager. I’m writing this review to bring awareness on how to possibly improve your customers experience because I think you guys could have been more helpful. In the end I took it back to the original location and their Manager, Nick, was happy to help. That’s all
