This is Freddie’s rags to riches story 😂 I have been his home groomer for several months and I refused to do it anymore. Got him scheduled at Petco with Katya for this morning. She did a great job! He didn’t even bark at her when I took him in 😭. He barks at EVERYONE until he gets comfortable with them. He looks so cute! Thank you Katya for loving on our baby and cleaning him up!

I was in petco on 10/28/2024 and saw a pig with a police uniform on. If this is someones way of being funny its not. Im surprised petco would allow this type of disrespect displayed in their store. Very sad what this world has come to… officers are risking their lives everyday for our safety and this is how they are treated… disgusting behavior.

I love this store. Especially this location. We take our dogs Vladimir and Hank to get their nails trimmed and buffed. The employees that work at this location in the grooming department are extremely careful with our dogs they are knowledgeable caring and respectful. Hank and Vladimir love both women who work in the department and we do too. Thank you ladies for treating our loved ones with care. I always tip them cause honestly, THEY DESERVE IT. I recently purchased a conure from this location on November 30th, by December 10th our bird had a seizure and died. I spoke with a younger gentleman over the phone who stated the animals have a 30 day warranty and I could bring in mt reciept and the bird for a refund. After making the trip to the store the manager stated they would not issue me a refund because the bird I purchased didn't come with a refund policy. How is this possible if all animals have a 30 day refund policy??? I reached out to several local petco locations after this which all stated the same thing, that all pets have a 30 day refund policy bo matter what. I have reached out to the customer service line who stated they have made a claim and are passing it along to the appropriate department. We shall see how far that gets me. Overall I wouldn't suggest shopping here, the staff was very ignorant, condescending, and rude when I attempted to get a refund. If corporate cannot resolve this I guess the next step is to stand out front of the store with flyers and pass them out to show what type of store is actually operating in bel air.

I would not recommend this place for grooming services. I brought my Shih Tzu in for a bath and trim. I told them that I didn’t want her coat short. I brush her regularly and I knew that she was only matted on her paws. I expected for them to cut most of the fur on her paws but they cut ALL of her fur. There was no need to cut all of her fur. It was a lazy grooming job and I will never come back for this service.
