I went to Petco vaccination service at 75 street 32 Av East Elmhurst today for the first time with my dog BooBoo. I have used the grooming service with Alex previously and she was excellent so I thought I try the vaccination. The lady at Check in was excellent and explained everything very well about the different packages. I choose one that fit my dog and went to the vet Dr. M Henin. I said he can be a bit scared, one of the assistant hold him and the vet draw blood, gave 1 vaccine by mouth and 2 injections and he didn’t even react. Previously when I had it done a year ago he was screaming. I was so pleased with their service today and can highly recommend both their vaccination and grooming service. We have 3 cats and now I know where to take them when it’s time for their vaccine. Another thing I really liked was the short time it took. The experience was excellent and I look forward to take him to his grooming appointment next week.

This store is struggling because there isn't enough staff. I had to leave because the cashier was the only person working. Can you believe it? Nobody could help me get the fish I needed. Terrible customer service! Terrible store.

This place is great I’ve been going there with my two dogs for about 2 years now. Great grooming i will say though never book with Melanie she is rude and not caring. She gave my mom an attitude simply for not knowing how to speak English. We also got charged 90 for one of my dogs grooming and she barely cut any hair off her nails didn’t look buffed it was the same as when we had dropped her off. I will say though Haylee is such a sweet lady she is so caring and sweet to both the client and pets never had a problem with her. Alex is also great!

This store advertises misleadingly. It says it's a discount, but it's not a discount, the price doesn't change at all. I won't go back to this store anymore. They can't do this to customers. I bring my dog ​​and come to the store. But I didn't notice this until now when I questioned why the price is different and what the discount really is. This can't be done to customers.

I recently visited my local Petco store and had the pleasure of meeting a remarkable employee named Joseph. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, Joseph's passion for animals and extensive knowledge of reptiles became evident. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he made my experience truly exceptional. One of the standout aspects of my visit was Joseph's extensive knowledge about reptiles. His expertise was impressive, and he was able to answer all of my questions with clarity and detail. It was evident that he genuinely cared about educating and helping customers understand the unique needs and characteristics of each reptile species. What made my experience truly outstanding was Joseph's willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did he provide insightful information, but he also encouraged me to interact with the reptiles. Joseph took the time to introduce me to various reptiles, patiently explaining their behavior and how to handle them safely. Being able to hold these magnificent creatures was an unforgettable experience that I truly cherished.
