Our son was stuck at O'Hare Airport, as their airline rejected his dog's current carrier (too small)... we scrambled online , and saw that a larger one was in stock at Petco... went there at their opening and they definitely had several in stock.. We purchased, drove to airport, met our son and exchanged carriers.... About 1/2 hour later we got a message it was ACCEPTED. ..Very relieved that Petco had item in stock like their website said. 10 Stars.

While giving assistance and direction to other staff. It amazed me she could run the whole store. I found out she wasn’t the manager I was shocked. Absolutely 10 out of 10 and the cats were happy two.
