People at this store are so helpful and amazing they are all so kind, Yessenia is such a sweet heart and so helpful with anything you need and she brings such an amazing energy. Anthony is so helpful with any questions on the floor, as well as Angelina the aquatics specialist is so kind and helpful with such good knowledge on all different species and helps tremendously. All are so kind hearted and helpful to the customer experience at this specific location.

Terrible store. They don't carry the same food that other petcos do. The management here is THE WORST. They either have 1 person on register, alone, with a huge line, or all registers and absolutely nobody on the floor to help or answer questions. It's a waste of time every time I've gone here. This was absolutely my last time here. Employees are not helpful either. Petfood Express, here I come.

i ordered freshpet grain free in the turkey and another in chicken loafs its my dogs favorite by far. the service i got was very fast i didnt have to waite for more then 1-2 minutes wich was so convienent and the service employee at petco was polite to me too. thank you for the excellent service petco.

I shopped regularly at your store for over 10 years and appreciated your customer service. I took your advertized motto to heart saying "that you would be here for all our pets needs?" Now that my dogs are elderly, I was told not to continue with their Grooming at your store! Very disappointed with your senior dog discrimination.

Love how friendly and helpful the workers are they make you feel at home like you've known them for a long time. Very helpful and they answer all the questions you might have they know pet's really professional.
