Pet Supplies Plus Houston - Memorial & Kirkwood

This was my first time here. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My beloved puppies Benji and Nikki have been treated effectively by the kind and knowledgeable grooming team at Pet Supplies Plus Memorial. Thank you 😊🐶🐾🐶🐾

The Houston location on Memorial @ Kirkwood does not keep the self service dog bathing sinks clean. Two out of the three times I have been there, I had to clean the dog bathing sink of hair before I put my dog in there. They don't always have the aprons available and last time I went, their shampoo bottles (oatmeal) were empty. I have been to a Pet Supplies Plus in Florida twice to bathe my dog, and that location seems much better kept up.

Love this place. For me, it's better than the other pet stores. They've always greeted me & helped me if I couldn't find a certain product.

I absolutely love this store for everything else—it’s truly a gem! However, I’ve had consistent challenges with the grooming services for poodle breeds. I’ve tried three different stylists, hoping for a better outcome, but unfortunately, the results have been the same each time. I’m sharing this feedback because I know how amazing this store is in other areas, and I’d love to see the grooming services align with that high standard.

Terrible service today - long story short I’m fostering a Samoyed dog which has long hair. I went to the self service dog wash and the manager “Mark” right away had an attitude towards the dog and me brining a brush to brush him out during the wash. First if you want to be discriminatory towards certain types of dogs don’t have a self dog wash shut it down. I can tell the store was in major help since it was empty and the times I’ve been in here before it’s mostly always empty. Please if you love animals, please do not come to the store it does not support a certain types of dogs. Oh and then the manager follows you out as an escort. Bad customer service.
