Pet Supermarket

I placed an online order for $135 the morning of 3/29/25. When I went to pick up my order I was told they had no record of the order. I show them my order confirmation which includes the store location #411 Towne Lake Parkway. Despite that, the employees try and tell me I must have ordered from a a different store. They then proceed to call other stores who tell them no, they do not have my order. They then call "Rick" who I can only assume is some kind of manager. . He says sorry nothing he can do and tells them to call customer service. However its after hours for customer service so they call Rick again and he says they will just have to leave a message for customer services and that there is nothing they can do. They never took my name or number. They never offered to help me duplicate my order or offer the 10% off for online purchases which is what drove me to place the order in the first place. Essentially they did nothing. I wasted 20 minutes of my time, never received the order I paid for ( charge shows on my credit card) and had to go to another pet store that was out of my way. Now I realize why I stopped shopping at Pet Supermarket. I knew items were regularly out of stock but the customer service is horrible. And now I will also have to dispute the charge with my credit card.

The staff are always helpful and kind. We order fish from here and have had great success. Even their stocked fish seem healthy and the tanks are always clean

I love this store! I just recently started shopping here as I just moved into the area but their animals are amazingly taken care of! Amanda and Sky helped me set up my fish tank as well and were very helpful!

the store just feels dirty, and the animals are just kind of caged up and always on discount because they can't move them....and they just sit for a really long time. it's really sad to see. the staff are not very helpful and are constantly " I don't know " everything under the sun about the animals that are for sale here, and just answering questions they do not know the answer to with " no ". I will not return honestly it's so hard to see the animals being mis-treated and just on display. Specifically the birds!!! I am not the only one to comment on this I see. I have literally rescued a bird from this store just to get it out of the cage, it is CRUEL to continuously buy and attempt to resell these birds.

I love this pet store. I always get the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Bobby helped me today with this little guy. Taught me things I didn't know and informed me how to care for him.♡ Thank you Bobby and Pet Supermarket for always being wonderful!
