The service was amazing. I went looking for a specific bird and was able to get accommodated. The bird was beautiful just what I wanted and the customer service was outstanding. (Recommended)

I went to this pet store in different occasions just to look at animals and potentially getting one. In 2023 the store was more crowded and messy. I went in 03/2024 to look again, and came out with a bunny. She is beautiful and healthy. The store had a major change. No more crowdedness and looks much cleaner and the animals seem much better conditions. However, some cages still crowded for animals. After getting my bunny I wanted a second one, but when I went in my husband fell in love with an Australian Sheppard and we got it at a reasonable price. He came with microchip, vaccines and breeder information. He is the happiest boy and we love him too much. The costumer service was great. My only complain is that when we got the bunny she had a rubber band in one of her paws that I didn’t know until her foot got extremely swollen, I had to take her to emergency and almost lost her foot. Maybe it was a rubber band from a tag she had before not sure. Overall, I am happy with both my babies and the experience here.

Inhumane and Heartbreaking – This Place Should Be Shut Down! This pet store is an absolute nightmare. The animals are crammed into tiny, overcrowded cages with barely any room to move—it's nothing short of neglect and abuse. Walking in, I was immediately hit with an overwhelming, abhorrent smell that made it impossible to stay for more than a minute. I know a smell is to be expected when it comes to animals but it’s so concentrated because of how overcrowded and neglectful the management is. The entire store is filthy, chaotic, and completely disorganized. I originally came in just to buy birdseed, but the conditions were so disturbing that I couldn’t bear to stay. The animal food is poorly managed, the shelves are cluttered and dusty, and it’s nearly impossible to find anything because of the overwhelming mess. But worst of all, the suffering of the animals is undeniable. I do not support the sale of animals—adoption is always the better choice—and this store is a prime example of why these kinds of operations should not exist. No living creature deserves to be treated this way. This place needs to be investigated and shut down immediately. If you care about animals, avoid this store at all costs.

Hello, it has been reported to the authorities that the puppies are being mistreated. As of today, November 21st, 2024, these puppies are being put into small cages with no padding or pillows for them to lay down on. They are just resting on the hard surfaces of the cafe. I understand that puppies have a tendency to chew pillows but there has to be a better way of treating them than having nothing comfortable for them to rest on. Please fix how these puppies are being treated as they are living beings and deserve better. Thank you.

The grooming service was top-notch—my dog came out looking fresh and clean, and my cat’s fur has never been softer. They paid attention to every detail and made sure both pets were relaxed throughout the process.
