Pet Cafe

All the people leaving bad comments are "too snooty"! Sometimes good businesses get busy and can't wait on you like you are Gods gift. These people are great, I've been coming here for years ! Cindy is the best to run any business! Sorry, I dont think the customer 's always right. You get what you give .

I stopped in earlier this week because I'm always looking for interesting things for my dog. I have to say, I was quite impressed. The food looks good -- when the owner describes it as human grade, she's not exaggerating. The ingredients list were things I'd want to eat. (i.e. real meat and vegetables). I'm not planning to have it for dinner, but with a pinch of salt and maybe garlic powder I'd definitely consider it. My dog's happy with his current food, so we're not switching, but it's really nice to know that this kind of "home made" (in the commercial kitchen next door) food is available if we need it. There are no fillers or unpronounceable chemicals. The dog treats also looked great, and Mr.Dog is going to enjoy devouring them. Speaking of the owner, she was really nice, and clearly cared about her pets and everyone else's too.

The worst customer service/ treatment of people. I would never bring my dog here. We entered the manufacturing location I think. We don't know because my sister and I went in there and asked them how the cafe works. Without saying anything the owner kicked us out. She said please leave. And I asked her we just wanted to know how it works and she said "it doesn't work, really" my sister and I were so shocked at what was going on in a matter of 1 minute so we just walked out shocked. I don't know if she's racist or what was going on. But it was so disrespectful. We're indian. I know she was the owner because as I walked in I heard her talking to an employee who was sweeping. I heard her say, "i am only the owner, what do I know."

This is the greatest store, close to home, always welcomes Emma inside, the Gal is always helpful, sweet, kind, nice, friendly everyone is. I recently went to get some CBD chews for Emma for pain she has from a torn ACL (waiting for surgery) I didn't have enough $ to pay for the bag & she donated the rest towards her gofundme page! How many do that? You guys are the BEST!!Highly recommend!

These people are so rude. Their food is over priced. Do yourself a favor and don't come here and waste your time.
