I bought my bearded dragon from here almost a year ago. She is the most incredible animal ever. We love taking our kids to see all the different animals and pick up crickets for our beardie and our other reptile needs. They have an incredible variety of animals. We are now getting our second beardie from them. I highly recommend for your reptile aquarium and more needs !

I love this place. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable, and it’s also a really expansive store with lots of unique pets to look at. Our kids (and I) have a blast every time we go.

I always enjoy shopping here, have bought a few fish/shrimp and even a Ball Python. Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. Will continue to shop here 10/10.

Natural aquariumZ is by far the best place to purchase fish in Richmond. The owner of the store was extremely kind and immediately welcomed us into his shop with a smile. After we browsed his stock for a while, the owner asked if we had any questions. Being new fish owners, we had a lot of questions like what size tank do we need, how many fish can we put in each tank size, and what fish will go well together? The owner answered all of our questions with great knowledge and even gave us a discount for buying some baby Dalmatian Molly fish. The fact that I remember the names of each of the fish we bought is a testament to the helpfulness of the owner. We had a fun experience buying our fish at Natural aquariumZ. Also, the fish at Natural aquariumZ are not cheap and do not die quickly like fish you might buy at a supermarket. Weeks later, our fish are still extremely energetic and lively. The baby Dalmatian Molly fish are even growing!

Tanks was all bare, no water in a lot of them and extremely messy, the place smelled awful. One of the mice was VERY clearly dead it was stiff and had an awful smell me and my sister in law informed the lady at the front and she said “it’s fine” and didn’t even go look or check on it. The poor cats cage was absolutely disgusting and way way to small for 2 adult cats and a kitten, the little kitten had a very bad eye infection and respiratory problems. All of them was covered in fleas and flys and Gnats! Definitely do not recommend this place at all!
