MyPetDMV - Pet Drivers License ID Tags

The order took over 3 weeks to arrive due to shipping delays. The cards for your wallet are cute. I was disappointed with the actual tags for the pet collars, just not what I expected. I have three small dogs and the orientation and design dangled way too low and the tags are not in a format that would be durable, definitely won't work. I found a similar product with a much better design offered by a different company, and I ordered new tags through them. Customer service is great though, and they communicate promptly. There was an error on one of the proofs and the company quickly fixed it and shipped out new ones right away. Unfortunately, both orders arrived on the same day, so I didn't realize the product would not work for my dogs in time to cancel the corrected version.

I ordered from this site and paid extra to receive a tracking number. I received no confirmation email of my order, no tracking number and no response to multiple emails to them. But yet, the payment went through on my credit card. I read previous reviews and if the owner responds, please DO NOT post my address for the world to see like you did to another reviewer. Also, don't say you didn't receive emails from me. I'm not a liar. Disappointed and would honestly rather cancel my order at this point and get my money back. Edit: LOL @ the response from this company. They are pros at calling their customers liars. Also, putting my tracking information for the world to see is negligent and careless.

I have contacted several times. There is no phone number for this company. I ordered three IDs still haven’t received any of them. I have reached out multiple times. It must be a scam. Please beware

I am very disappointed. I could not give any more stars than one since I haven't received my order yet. It says 3 - 5 business days for shipment on their website, however, it's been 2 weeks. I got a tracking number with USPS a week ago, when I check the tracking, it shows it in California NOT EVEN SHIPPED! Just says shipping label created. I messaged mypetdmv, last week, NO RESPONSE. I have read other reviews that they don't respond or answer, I also read they are slow shipping. I was hoping those were isolated incidents, looks like they weren't. I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a set of tags for my new pup...I had made an error on my tags and the team at My Pet DMV took care of the issue and updated it! I got a quick response as well, I was very happy! When the tags arrived, I, at first wasn't happy with the quality or delivery delay; HOWEVER, Mike, the owner of the company went through extreme lengths to make me a happy customer. I received new tags in the mail and ID cards that are beautiful quality! A big thanks to Mike and his team for the product. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get their pet a custom and cute tag.
