Turnaround and shipping is lightning-fast, and the owner Kathie is always available to answer any questions or provide further assistance. It's also the little things that made me a customer for 6 years and counting: with each order you also receive a goodie bag of assorted toys for your bird, and a goodie bag of candy for you!
